Chilika Lake is the largest internal salt water lake in Asia, it is a paradise on earth for bird watchers and nature lovers. The pear-shaped lake is dotted with a few small islands and has fisheries and salt pans around its shore. The Chilika Lake also houses the most accommodating ecosystems in the world, which means that a wide assortment of flora and fauna can be spotted here. The lake offers a flamboyant display of a myriad of avian charms in all diverse hues and colours, ranging from the white-bellied sea eagles to flamingos, and from golden plovers to sandpiper. Along with the vibrant variety of birds: both native and migratory one, the enthralling lake also offers scenic views of sunrise and sunset and a host of other options to choose from. Attractions such as the Bird Island, Breakfast Island and Honeymoon Island are also frequented by tourists who visit the Chilika Lake. ItIt is also home to Irrawady dolphins, where it can be spotted.
Gopalpur was once a bustling port city before being deserted, is today, one of the best beaches in the eastern coastline of the country. It is know for being an offbeat destination and a place for relaxation. The sea port remains though largely in ruins, the British have gone too but what remains is one of India's most loved beaches.

Day wise Itinerary
Day 1- After you arrive Bhuwneshwar, you will be guided by representative to Puri. If you visit Odisha and don’t travel to Puri, you miss out on a great thing. Overnight stay at Puri.
Day 2- Puri famous for its golden beaches and the lord Jagannath temple. After breakfast visit both the places. Have Darshan of Lord Jagannath and then spend some time on the beach relaxing yourself. In the evening transfer to Chilika. Overnight stay at Chilika.
Day 3- Early morning after breakfast proceed to Satapada by simply crossing the lake by ferry, which is a famous joint for watching the wild Irrawaddy dolphins. You can also visit some of the famous islands such as Honeymoon Island, Birds Island, Parikud Island, to explore it’s flora and fauna. Overnight stay at Chilika.
Day 4- Early morning, head to Barkul and from there; proceed to Nalban bird sanctuary to check out the beautiful migratory flemingos. Take the lunch at Barkul and then drive to Gopalpur. In the evening explore the beautiful untouched beach of Gopalpur. You can also visit the the top of Lighthouse in Gopalpur to get a 360° view of Gopalpur. Night stay at Gopalpur.
Day 5- Early morning visit the beach to witness the beautiful sun rise. Return back to hotel. Have breakfast and check out from the hotel and Drive to Bhuwneshwar to get your conveyance for onward journey.
