Payments
All payments to Bedouin Tours & Travels are subject to cancellation policy. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Tour/Holiday Packages
Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.
Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such change – the rates quoted by us before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.
Bedouin Tours & Travels and its associates acts only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & the contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us – are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them. The tickets, coupons or passage contract in use by carrier or hotel or other contractors rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between the Clients and such contractor.
All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. Bedouin Tours & Travels reserves the right to amend any aspect of the itinerary including transportation and accommodation without notice in the interest of the trip, participants’ safety, comfort and general well being without making any rebate, allowance or refund and extra cost, if any, would be payable by the client.
Bedouin Tours & Travels shall not be responsible for any delay or change in schedules or expenses incurred or special / consequential loss, injury and damage – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, acts of God, perils incident to the sea, floods, fire, acts of Government or any other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control or any untoward incidents or any such causes whatsoever including any liability or extra expenses sustained by the Clients. Further, the Clients shall be liable for the liability or extra expenses incurred by him / her as a result of the forgoing causes.
Bedouin Tours & Travels shall not be responsible and shall not accept any liability towards the Clients or his/her legal representative for any loss of property or damages resulting from death or injuries including loss of services which the Clients may sustain on account of act, negligence or default by any transportation Company, hotel agents or any other body of persons, its agents or service providers providing such services or facilities or arising out of or while engaged in any tour, means of transportation or other services, whether due to ownership, maintenance , use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor, or other vehicle in common carrier or otherwise and whether due to its or there negligence or otherwise or regardless of how caused. Clients using sporting equipment, bicycles, sailing boats, scuba diving gear, hired or supplied by hotels or rental bodies shall do so at their own risk.
We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
Bedouin Tours & Travels reserves the right to cancel any services in case it deems that the tour, trip or passage is impracticable for any reason or should circumstances warrant such action, upon refunding the value thereof and the Client shall not have any other or further claim against the company by any reason thereof.
Bedouin Tours & Travels reserves the right to refuse to carry out its contract with any person whom it may consider to be undesirable in its absolute discretion and it shall not be required to show any reason for doing so.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bedouin Tours & Travels, and its officers, employees, agents, and any third party information providers to the Website, from and against all claims, actions, proceedings, expenses, damages and liabilities, which are the result of, or are in any way related to your use of the website.Governing Law
All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to an Arbitrator to be appointed by Bedouin Tours & Travels. All such disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kolkata (India) Courts only. The laws of India shall govern the validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement of these terms and conditions.- To proceed with the booking a non-refundable Booking deposit of Rs. 3,000/- per person for Domestic holiday packages and Rs. 10,000/- for International Holiday Packages.
- Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, changes in the quote will be effected and adjusted accordingly.
- Cancellation charges as per company/suppliers policies.
- Cancellation charges for any ticket/ Air reservation are applicable as per the rules of Airlines or by the service provider. Air Ticket cancellation charges for special fares if paid by the guest are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Any refund payable will be returned to the guests only after receipt of the refund from respective Airlines or service provider after deducting the processing charges.
- Peak season surcharges may apply wherever if applicable.
Notes :
- The tour price quoted is based on minimum 2 adults travelling together on Twin/Triple Sharing.
- Accommodation will be provided in mentioned or similar category hotels.
- The above mentioned rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability, Hotels can be upgraded to 4 or 5 Star with additional cost upon request.
- Prices are subject to change due to any increase in the cost that may come into force prior to the departure date including change in price owing to fluctuation in the rate of exchange, govt taxes, airline taxes etc.
- Peak season or Holiday surcharge during Special Events, Festivals, Conventions, Trade fairs, Christmas and New Year if and as applicable to be paid before departure.

- Passport should be valid for minimum 6 months from date of return to India.
- Confirmation is strictly subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The above quotation has been based on specific class of travel on specific airlines and specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms and air seats are not available as specified above the alternate hotels or airlines will be suggested with difference in price applicable.
- Children above 12 yrs will be treated as an adult
- Your e-tickets will be sent 5 days before departure.
- Providing incorrect passenger age while booking may incur penalty at a later stage
- Pricing of package is based on the age of passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age in the brackets provided.
- The passenger must hold a valid passport and the required documents for visa at the time of booking. In case of discrepancy, Bedouin Tours & Travels reserves the right to dishonour the booking. Price is calculated per passenger on twin-sharing basis. Tickets and briefing sheet will be delivered 5 days prior to the departure date
- Cost of Visa Fees and Overseas Travel Insurance charges.
- Cost or expenses towards passport related issues.
- Cost of Meals other than those specified in inclusions
- Cost of foreign exchange for personal expenses and porter at airports and hotels, for two reasonable pieces of baggage per person;
- Cost of Foreign Exchange for personal expenses.
- Expenses of personal nature, mini bar in the room, laundry, telephone bills, tips, gratuities etc.
- Gratuities to tour guides, game rangers, drivers and restaurant staff for services rendered. Local tourist guide where not specified above
- Early check-in and late check-out are on request basis only and subject to room availability.
- Cost of any other services not specifically mentioned in Inclusions.
Payments to Bedouin Tours & Travels on confirmed reservations payable at Kolkata are subject to following cancellation policy – Cancellation Period
- Prior to 30 days or more: Non-refundable deposit of Rs.5000 per person
- Between 29 – 20 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit (Rs.5000) + 25% of the package cost
- Between 19 – 14 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit (Rs.5000) + 50% of the package cost
- Between 13 – 08 days of departure: Non-refundable deposit (Rs.5000) + 75% of the package cost
- Prior to 7 days of the departure: 100% of the package cost OR Full cost of the package
- Prior to 7 days of the departure: 100% of the holiday cost
- NO SHOW on the Tour/Holiday : 100% of the package / Holiday cost.
If the Client wishes to reschedule the confirmed Journey, there will be amendment Charges of Rs 2500 Per Person, Further Booking is subject to availability of flight and Hotels. In addition to the amendment charges of 2,500 clients has to pay date-change charges, difference of fare, difference of Taxes and foreign exchange fluctuations if any. If same Hotels & Airlines are not confirmed then similar Hotels & Airlines will be arranged for which if any extra charges to be paid to the Hotels/ Airlines the same has to be paid by the client. In Cancellation where ever the refund is Nil, Reschedule of journey is not possible.
