Known for hosting the biggest mangrove forests in the world, Sundarbans National Park is located in West Bengal, India. It is also a Tiger Reserve and a Biosphere reserve that provides a complete nature's circle to the tourist right from 'Royal Bengal tigers' to roaring rivers and beautiful estuaries. This area has a silent charm that manages to amaze one with the simplicity and naturalness of its ecological balance in spite of offering habitat to some of the most dynamic and awe-inspiring flora and fauna. They are in fact the last remaining stands of the mighty jungles which once covered the Gangetic plain and the sustainability of this natural structure is pretty majestic.

Day Wise Itinerary
Day 1- Pickup from Kolkata, in an exclusive vehicle and drive to Godhkhali, a journey of about 3 Hours. We transfer guest from Godhkhali jetty by motor launch to the resort / hotel located in the Sundarbans Islands. This journey would take guest / tourist down the rivers Hogil, Gomar, Durgaduni and Gumdi in about an hour and a half. After lunch, set off on motor launch and view wildlife from the Sajnekhali watchtower and visit the Sajnekhali Museum and Mangrove Interpretation Centre. Night stay in Hotel / Resort at Sunderban(or) Boat Stay anchored in middle of the river.
Day 2- After bed tea, you will be cruising through the deep creeks and covering the watchtowers of BurirDabri, Kumirmari as well as MorichJhapi. Breakfast on-board. Burirdabri in Sundarban national Park is famous for its watchtower, a mud-walk and mangrove cage trail leading to a viewpoint known as Raimongal View Point. A visit to the watch Tower at Burirdabri camp. Guest can also take a stroll through the Kumirmari bazaar if one wants to have a first-hand view of a typical rustic Indian market place. Enjoy an absorbing evening watching Bono Bibir Pala (A folklore of Sundarban) or Live Baul performance (Folk Music). Night stay in Hotel / Resort at Sunderban.
Day 3- After breakfast, a full day cruise through the rivers and narrow creeks of the Sundarban National Park and a lovely birding experience. Food would be prepared and served on the motor boat. Vvisit the various watch towers of NetiDhopani(Subject to weather and tide conditions permitting) as well as Do Banki. The canopy walk at Do Banki gives you an opportunity to view wildlife from a netted enclosure. Next we will visit the Spotted Deer Rehabilitation centre. Night stay in Hotel / Resort at Sunderban.
Day 4- After breakfast, guest shall be taken on cruise with the vessel along the creeks and take a village tour at Chargheri Char, the southernmost village of West Bengal. An interesting activity involves Country Boat ride (your cost) along the jungles. Guest can set off for a visit to a village and learn about the experiences of the villagers in the forest. After lunch at the hotel / resort or served on boat, we depart for Godhkhali to be transferred to Kolkata. Tour ends.
