Sandakphu has always been known as the trekkers' paradise and located at the northwest of Darjeeling town at an altitude of about 12,000ft. This is the highest point (or peak) of the Singalila mountain range. After reaching Sandakphu, you will be rewarded with the real bounty of nature. If you love snow peaks, then you will feel privileged that you made it up to this point and joined the group of few who have witnessed an end-to-end panoramic views of the Himalayan peaks.
Many tourists who find the 3-4 days trek too strenuous to bear can take a 4-wheel drive vehicle like a Jeep or a Land Rover from Manebhanjan and go all the way up to Sandakphu along the steep gravel road.

Daywise Itinerary
Day 1- Meet & greet" with our company representative on arrival at NJP / IXB / Siliguri. Pick up from there and drive to Manebhanjang by reserved car (82 km, 4-5 hrs.). After reaching at Manebhanjang, rest at the camp in Manebhanjang and enjoy the beauty.
Day 2- From the beginning of the Sandakphu trek, the road is almost stiff and seems to throw the challenge to the trekkers. After 03 km from Maneybhanjan, there is a short break in Chitrey. From Chitrey the road goes to Meghma, which lies under the cloud cover and where the clouds are worshipped as mother deity. Then you reach Tonglu, from where the view of Mt. Kanchenjunga and its surrounding snow-capped hills are fully mesmerizing.
Day 3- Very early morning watch the sunrise on Mt. Kanchenjunga. From Tonglu / Tumling road leads to Gairibus ( 2621 Mt.), which is 09 km down the way and takes around 3 hrs to reach. After a little break road starts going upward and proceeds to Kali Pokhri ( 3170 Mt.) through Singalila National Park. after crossing this part all the tiredness of stiff climbing vanish once the road ends suddenly on the top of the Sandakphu Hill, the highest point of West Bengal and offers one of the most fascinating panoramic views of some of the world’s highest mountain summits
Day 4- At early morning enjoy the unforgettable sunrise on the Majestic Everest - Kanchenjungha Range from the nearest viewpoint. After breakfast drive from Sandakphu to Phalut ( 21 km., ) after arrival check-in, get fresh. In the evening enjoy the magnificent sunset on the Kanchenjungha & many more snow-covered peaks. Overnight stay at Phalut.
Day5- At early morning enjoy the unforgettable sunrise on the Majestic Everest - Kanchenjungha Range from the nearest viewpoint. After breakfast drive to NJP / IXB / Siliguri by reserved car for your onward journey by Train/Flight.
